Coach Zauner has now been coaching kicking, punting and snapping specialists for 40+ Years.  During Coach Zauner's High School, College and NFL career, he has now coached, consulted and trained 120+ professional kicking, punting and snapping specialists, including 25 PRO Bowlers.

Coach Zauner's Snapping Programs in the last 9 years have now produced 24 snappers on NFL and CFL rosters. 22 snappers on NFL rosters and 2 on CFL rosters.  This is unprecedented amongst snapping coaches or snapping camps. Arizona High School Kicking Camps

Coach Zauner's Arizona High School Kicking Camps
Camps in Arizona in December and March / June in Wisconsin

Coach Zauner will be hosting High School, Snapping, Punting & Kicking Camps during Christmas Vacation here in Fountain Hills, AZ.  Coach Zauner former NFL Special Teams Coordinator with the Minnesota Vikings, Baltimore Ravens and Arizona Cardinals lives here in Fountain Hills, AZ.

Since retiring from the NFL Coach Zauner has been giving ONE on ONE Lessons, running PRO Development Camps and hosting the College Senior and Free Agents Combines here in Arizona.  Most of these events were primarily for College and Free Agent Specialists.

Now, Coach Zauner is working and hosting Sunday Kick-A-Rounds, Two Day Camps for High School Snapping, Punting and Kicking Specialists.

During my Coaching Career I have now coached, consulted and trained over 115+ NFL and CFL Kicking Specialists and 25 PRO Bowlers. 


Some of the Top College Specialists in the country are also using Coach Zauner's ONE on ONE Lessons and Camps to refine their technique to take their games to the next level.

Arizona High School Camps Producing Results for Kickers, Punters and Snappers

The 2015 Arizona High School Football season is over and the State Championships have been decided in all divisions.  Now, come some of the individual awards and accolades for players that have been either on winning or losing teams.

As I sat home watching some college football games last week I received a text from Dylan Browns mother.  Jyl Brown sent me a text that Dylan Brown (Chandler Hamilton High School) was named Rivals 2015 Kicker of the Year.  That was just one more award or feather in Dylan's cap.  He earlier was invited to the Texas Blue / Gray All Star Game in Dallas.

Minutes later I noticed on the same page another student of mine Jeff McGuire (Pinnacle High School) had received Rivals 2015 Punter of the Year Award.  I have been working with Jeff for the last two years refining his kicking and punting technique.  Jeff has made vast improvements and this is just frosting on the cake for him and his parents.  His hard work has paid dividends.

Earlier in the year Turner Bernard (Mountain Ridge High School) and son of Ben Bernard (Arizona Elite Snapping Camps) was named to the Under Armour 2015 All Star Game.  This past summer Ben brought Turner to some of my snapping camps and Sunday Kick Arounds to have another set of "Eyes" check out Turner's technique and progress.  I appreciate Ben giving me the opportunity to help coach his already very talented son.  Turner is one of the top senior snappers in the country.

That text about some of my students making Rival's Kicker and Punter of the Year made my day, night and weekend.

Since, I retired from the NFL I don't get my high on Sunday's anymore.  I get my high and feeling of accomplishment helping young men like Dylan, Jeff and Turner have success as high school specialists.

I hope in some way my coaching and guidance will help these specialists achieve their dream of some day playing college football.  Who knows maybe NFL!

I wish all the young men continued success!

While thousands of high school athletes and kicking specialists dream of playing in the NFL, a recent NCAA study exposes the extremely low probability of competing beyond the interscholastic level. According to statistical data from September 17, 2012, only 6.4% of high school athletes continue playing in college and a mere .08% reach the professional level. 

The road to the National Football League isn't easy and you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to reach your potential. Unfortunately, knowing "what it takes" is half the battle and that's part of what inspired Coach Zauner to start working with aspiring specialists to create their own 'Specialist's Path to PRO Football'

Through the years, Coach Zauner's coaching, training, consulting and now his PRO Development Camps, College Senior/Free Agent Combines and ONE on ONE Lessons he has worked with over 100 NFL specialists, including 22 Pro Bowlers. Coach's philosophy focuses on fundamentals and emphasizes both the physical and mental aspects of raising your game and taking it to the next level. After 13 years of coaching experience in the NFL with the Vikings, Ravens and Cardinals, Coach Zauner knows what scouts and coaches are looking for and is well respected within the league.


Coach Zauner's High School Kicking Camps are aimed to help athletes gauge their talent level and improve their overall performance at future combines and tryouts. Too often, show case events focus primarily on Rankings and Ratings rather than improving technique and identifying areas of strengths and weakness. Using video footage, drills and assessments, High School Kicking Camp attendees will learn how to gauge their talent level against the top competitors in the country. 

Coaches High School Kicking Camps offer the opportunity to start walking your unique 'Specialists Path to College Football'. Every December and April, camps will be offered in Phoenix, Arizona where the weather nearly guarantees optimal kicking conditions.
